Scholarship Circles
Change happens when people across communities come together to fight for a common goal.
Afghanistan has the potential to be a beautiful, thriving society where women are full participants in all areas of civic life. Education is key to creating change for women in Afghanistan.
If there are people in your life who you know want to be part of the change, you might be interested in joining our Scholarship Circle. Check out the diagram for more information and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries or want to know more.

Support us with our running costs
Rahela Trust is a small, unique charity with very specific aims, operating in a country with extremely complicated security issues. This makes it difficult to secure funding from trusts and foundations and larger organisations such as the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
At present, we have just one member of staff who works three days a week.
We have ambitious goals, but in order to achieve them we need greater monetary and administrative support.
Diaspora Network Building
Building connections between the Afghan diaspora strengthens the ability for Afghans to advocate for the issues that mean matter most to them. We attend advocacy sessions, run lecture series, conferences and networking opportunities, but there is so much more to be done.
Support our capacity to continue this important work by donating money, time or event space.
